Our journey into FMV Hell gets even more horrifying as The Spoony One confronts the nefarious Rita Repulsa in the Sega CD game Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers.

leon101 January 18, 2010 at 12:43 am: I used to watch the original power rangers all the time when I was a kid. I too never made it past the first incarnation, but they were cheesy fun. I would still watch the original ones. I actually, played this “game” at a friends house when I was young..er. I remember liking it, so I bought it some time ago, and I still like it. It brings back memories of the show and my child hood. Plus, I liked quick-time button pressing for some odd reason.

Joseph August 16, 2010 at 4:26 pm: And the crazy thing was that the final boss was damn near impossible, at least in Golden Axe 2, unless you managed to kill the pre final bosses with absolutely no magic.

I remember this game and i was about 9 or 10 when i played it. it was one of the 3 games i had for that system hahaha i still have my SONIC CD disc… its hanging on my wall. completely unuseable :< the third game was called WolfChild the only one of the three i ever beat was Sonic CD the first game to actualy feature METAL SONIC!!! GODDAMN THAT RACE WAS AWESOME!

Power Rangers however was totaly fucked and i dont remember playing that game very often i remember getting to the point where it said to play on the harder setting to finish the game and i just said FUCK THIS.
