I saw this vid a while back and it was great seeing you and the others touring Chicago and trying to avoid the whole Homeland Security bullshit. Here in Chicago, security guards tend to be full of shit when it comes to filming. The Illinois law stipulates that you can film at the public place, but it doesn’t stop them from trying to stop you from filming in the name of national security… except sometimes, they don’t care and you can film and photograph as much as you want (so long as you don’t get in too many people’s way and don’t use cumbersome filming equipment).

Ah, Chicago. Land of arbitrary and random abuses of power. Almost reminds me of Motherland (Russia, that is).
