Let’s Riff on Ripper – Act 2, Part 1

Silly question but...

why install a cryptic high-tech crystal powered laser pointing device (which basically duds if you move itself or the object it is pointing two even the slightest bit) only to have it point at the fake book one would find anyway while conducting even the most perfunctory search of the room? And this fake book is only used as a glorified locked cd case? And a few high-tech hoops later your payoff is getting two surveillance bugs with no useful info at all on them and the likes of which one could have probably acquired through myriad other ways?

Man, this game pisses me off even by proxy.

It's been too long between videos. I can't remember where it left off. Phantasmagoria videos came out quicker and were more satisfying because of it.

Actually I know how you were being able to "solve" all these puzzles all these years ago:

Take 2 included a hint file on the first CD, which gave the solution to the more difficult riddles!

Ok... had to turn plugins off, change it to the .m4a or whatever format, turn plugins back on, and tah-dah, it works!

I don't understand the "Joe Arpaio - scumbag" joke. He is a great sheriff. Kicking out illegals, punishing criminals. A bunch of liar two face hypocrite liberal crime-supporter organiziations and the media also hates him, so he must be a goodguy!

As for the LP itself, I'm always glad to see more. Funny thing is that whenever someone talks about the Falconetti guy, I think they're talking about a guy who calls himself Falcon Eddie instead of just calling him by his last name.

Actually a lot of the things in this game seem to rip off Ghost in the Shell, it wouldn't have surprised me if the main character in this was female, a cyborg, and had blue hair.
